Our private Villa 1 spanning 210 square meters, offers an exquisite and spacious waterfront escape for up to 8 guests. With a total of 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and state-of-the-art facilities, it promises an unparalleled experience of comfort and elegance.

Upon entering through the lift or the stunning staircase, guests are welcomed into the beautifully designed living room seamlessly integrated with a fully equipped kitchen. This area is adorned with expansive windows that not only flood the space with natural light but also grant direct access to the inviting outdoor pool area. The blend of indoor and outdoor living is perfected here, allowing guests to relish in the stunning surroundings. Additionally, a shared WC is situated on the ground floor, catering to the convenience of all guests.

The upper level of the villa showcases the well-appointed bedrooms. The fourth bedroom does not feature a balcony or sea view. Each one is accompanied by its own private en-suite bathroom.
